Our leather goods are crafted in top grain leather and finest hardware available. Every skin is natural and unique; any incidental tonal variations, marks or pattern variations should not be considered as imperfections. Marks are common on leather as each skin is different to the other. Please note, these are NOT considered as defects or rejects.

We take immense pride in collaborating with factories that export leather goods. All their extra supply of leather is carefully chosen and upcycled to purrfection.

Hence, we call ourselves a sustainable fashion brand as we make conscious choices and make goods that come from raw materials that have been recycled/ upcycled & are comparatively eco-friendly with longer shelf life that the fast fashion brands.

We do not offer Returns as our clothing is carefully crafted & curated. Each order is handcrafted to perfection and we hope you don't ever need to return the product. We can offer exchange of the same value or higher across products as as long as it meets all our standardised checks:

• All tags & labels are in place
• You will bear the cost of shipping on exchange
• Write to us at support@shopoddcat.com before requesting exchange
• Exchange is carried within 2 days of receiving the shipment
